When you subscribe to a coffee, you choose your delivery frequency and we send a fresh bag on your schedule — automatically. Subscriptions are managed through our subscription platform, so you can log in anytime to update your preferences, swap products, or make changes before your next order ships.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. There are no long-term commitments and no cancellation fees — your subscription works on your terms.

How do I choose my delivery frequency?

When you subscribe to a product, you'll see a frequency selector at checkout. Common options include weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly delivery — choose what fits your coffee habit. You can always adjust it later from your account.

Will I save money by subscribing?

Yes. Subscribers save on every order compared to one-time purchases. The exact discount is shown at checkout when you select the Subscribe & Save option.

Can I subscribe to more than one coffee?

What are coffee bundles?

Bundles are sets of two or more coffees offered together — either as curated ready-made collections or as Build Your Own Box options where you choose the coffees yourself. They're designed for discovery, variety, and gifting.

What is Build Your Own Box?

Build Your Own Box lets you choose your own selection of coffees from our full catalog and order them together as a set. It's the best way to explore multiple flavors at once, try something new alongside a trusted favorite, or put together a personalized gift.

How do I choose which bundle is right for me?

If you already know what you love, choose a bundle from the same flavor family — like our Chocolate Lover's Bundle or Nutty Classics set. If you want to explore, the Discovery Bundle introduces you to three different flavor families at once. Not sure? Build Your Own Box gives you complete control.

Can I give a bundle as a gift?

Yes — bundles make a genuinely thoughtful gift for any coffee lover. Choose a curated gift set or build a custom selection tailored to someone's taste. Gift messaging options are available at checkout.

Decaf

Which coffees are available in decaf?

We currently offer three decaf coffees: Hazelnut, French Vanilla, and Maple. All three are available in both Whole Bean and Ground formats.

Does decaf taste different from regular coffee?

Not in the ways that matter. Our decaf coffees are made from the same organic 100% Arabica base as our caffeinated range, and go through a process designed to preserve the coffee's natural character and flavor. You get the same warmth and depth — just without the caffeine.

What process is used to decaffeinate your coffee?

Our decaf coffees are naturally decaffeinated while preserving the coffee's character. We don't use chemical solvents. For specific process details, feel free to reach out to us directly.

Is decaf coffee a good option in the evening?

Many coffee lovers enjoy decaf as their after-dinner cup or whenever they want the ritual without the caffeine. Our decaf range is designed to deliver a satisfying coffee experience any time of day.

Flavors & Ingredients

Is your coffee organic?

Yes. All of our coffees are organic coffee — certified organic Arabica, grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.

Does your flavored coffee contain artificial sweeteners?

No. Our coffee contains No Artificial Sweeteners. The flavor you experience comes from natural flavoring added to the coffee itself — not from sweeteners of any kind.

Is the flavoring in your coffee natural?

Yes. All of our flavored coffees use All Natural Flavor. We do not use artificial flavoring agents or synthetic additives in any of our flavored products.

Is your coffee 100% Arabica?

Yes. Every coffee in our range is 100% Arabica coffee. Arabica is widely regarded as the higher-quality species of coffee bean, known for its smoother, more nuanced flavor compared to Robusta.

What roast level is your coffee?

Our coffees are Medium Roast — a roast level that preserves the bean's natural complexity while bringing out warmth and approachability. Medium Roast is confirmed for our Caramel coffee; roast details for additional products are listed on each individual product page.

Is your coffee available in both Whole Bean and Ground?

Yes. All of our coffees are available in both Whole Bean and Ground formats, so you can choose the option that fits your brewing setup.
